Would you fold the 2nd best hand in that situation? I'm far from a strategy guy, he had 2nd nuts right. Even without your chat - I think he would have done the same thing. I'm dense, what am I missing?

It's similar to your 8/5 vs 10/8 hand where you had the smaller straight. Though I think your bantar got him to go all in this time.
