I think its going to be a long time before its "legal" online again... my guess, it'll be up for a vote in 5-years, right about when the demo's get voted back out of the whitehouse...[/quote]

@ JM: Thats my problem, i have a hard time forgetting...
What i meant off handedly, was that the democrats are going to win the white house in 08, and do absolutely nothing wrt to online poker until right before relection time... +2012 was my guess..
I am as liberal as they come wrt to letting people spend their money on whatever "legal" thing they want to... do whatever they want in their bedrooms... saying free things
things are free?!!? like your 10k-post thread - LOL
Honestly, I just dont have a lot of faith in government... in ORs next election, we have 2 measures on the ballot... the voters manual is 90-freaking pages!!!! its insane.
OR is voting to add a cigarette tax to their
constitution to ensure health coverage for the children of OR. AAAAALLLL the lobbyists are coming out of the wood work! its pretty disgusting whats going on.. yea or nay the citizens lose again...
WTF is wrong when you can play poker in a OR bar, but not online? its big money vs. players. like i said, i have little faith in government due to currently elected politicians.... UNLESS THEY FIGURE OUT HOW TO TAX IT...
EDIT: whoops, that was long.. i'm with you 100% JM.
rule #84: Ye shall not picketh ANYTHING off of the floor near a public shitter unless Yar the cleaner of said shitter...
