Not sure how many play here on Bodog or have heard of this, but....recently (earlier this week) I went to play and the software wouldnt open...strange.

I then went to a forum I frequent and discovered a post how their website was down for a day or so, and they created a new domain with a cover page addressing the issue, and its still there. This is it Why the newbodog.com? which was the only page on the site until I guess they transfered everything from the old site.

The old bodog site is still down and this newbodog site works, and I had to redownload the software to play....Just wondering if anyone has some opinions on this matter...cause for concern?

This was posted earlier, it's a domain dispute and Bodog didn't have an attorney present or something, yada yada yada, so the domain is down.

If I was the owner, I wouldn't want to be present in a US court either. I have the feeling he would be thrown in jail on other charges.

This looks legit.

It looks like they've settled on a permanent domain name of bodoglife. The temporary name newbodog now redirects to bodoglife. My golf bets are still OK.
