P*'s Play $$$ for REAL $$$

I had almost 20 million in play money on Poker Stars and decided to try and sell some. Well I found a site that would pay $10 per million play chips. So I contacted someone on the site and approximately 20 minutes later, I had $20 in the account. The transfer went smoothly and I may sell some more in the near future.

Just another way to get some $$$ into your P*'s account. It may take some time to build up the chips but it's free.

I don't get it. Why would they want to BUY play money?

they resell the play money to people who want to have a lot of play money in their accounts... go figure...

That is something I have always wonder about too. Or why do people play for play money when they can play freerolls for real money?

It's not always about the money for some.

Some people play because they like to play. Other's because its free. Now when one can get paid for something that was free, then it isn't too bad is it.

I'm not really sure, though I know people like to play in the SNG's and the 40K All in Fest's.

The max number of play chips one can have is 20 Million and believe it or not but people have been selling their play chips for awhile. Though it has gone down at least $2 per million in the last year.
