Chips: 9,305 | | | Instant eChecks on Poker Stars I have been working on ways to fund my Pokerstars account. I've had a small run of bad luck/bad play combined with being too generous with transferring too much money to my friends (poor bankroll management).
When I logged on to P* today, I was given the option of using an instant eCheck. I had to input checking account details and instantly transferred $ to my account. Fortunately, I have a separate checking account just for online transfers. I started this after I read about Jamby's problems with NetTeller and her checking account. It just has enough money to cover PayPal purchases and no more.
It worked. It was quick and easy. Anybody else with this experience?

Chips: 18,645 | | | Re: Instant eChecks on Poker Stars I tried a test on 8/23 after I saw this initial post, and PS said I was eligiblr. I made the deposit and it was accepted right away. I was pleasantly surprised. The full amount showed as available.
But it hasn't cleared my bank yet. I guess that's a good thing, but I don't know if PS might reverse it for some technical reason or because my bank refused it. Since my roll has enough over that test amount, I won't have a problem. But it would be great for this process to work successfully in the future. |

They were releasing it early in a beta stage I believe to people that had used it pre legislation.. Now it is open to everyone.. It's my favorite way to deposit because you don't have to deal with neteller/firepay fees |
