ClubUBT is fairly vague with their descriptions. There are some specifics on their website, but mostly generalities, like "We give you 100 tournament points when you sign up, and will top you off daily." So if you are over 100 tourney points, do you get more daily? For the $5000 cash freeroll, you need 1500 tourney points to enter. So if you don't do anything for 15 days, can you enter the $5000 freeroll, or is 100 the max they will give you and you have to risk your tourney points to earn more tourney points, then risk the tourney points in the $5K freeroll? And what is the minimum field for any of these freerolls? Are they at set times? Or is it only when they have enough people to make it profitable?
Best I can tell, you pay $20 a month for some freerolls, into which they will put some of the money they collect from subscribers plus some gifts from sponsors, and then pocket the rest.
I want it to be better than that, and I hope it is better than that. Maybe they have great sponsors lined up to provide oodles of cash and prizes to supplement what is already being put in. Maybe once I sign up for the free trial (a possibility) I will find a stunning interface, good value for my investment, and a great poker website for improving my game (with some blackjack thrown in). Maybe I will try it this weekend and post what I find here.
