I've actually done that a couple of times early on when getting familar with online play. Fold when I meant to bet or check, etc.
Even when I got my new laptop with the silly touchpad I was making errors at first with the UIs.
Nothing else really makes sense here as far as I can tell.

Either that or the guy was on a total steal and didn't want to show. Doesn't make any sense to me, but ...
Nice bet, sir! |

Your line also seems odd, PSB on the flop is good, turn call???, river RR all in for $4.00 more? Why not shove the turn? And it is obviously a misclick on Villains part.

Why is everyone sitting with such a low stack? Is the max buy-in $200 for a 1/2 Nl game at Star? |

Small pair to go with his small pair?
QJ suited would be my guess. The typical wuss raise with two suited cards, then the $18 call with the open ended straight draw. Bets to slow you down while he chases. Then bluffs and is caught bluffing and folds to your reraise (All In). That's my guess.
