Be careful of phishing spams. I have read that there are a few phishing emails with similar to NT....

If any of you havent heard, netteller will let u do a 1 time withdraw-FINALLY!!!!! I did mine at lunch! I had $1600 held up since Jan.

Wouldn't I love to get my $1100+ back from those dirty rotten scoundrels at NT...

I'm glad the rest of you are finally getting resolution, but those SOBs at NT are the worst. On top of getting ripped off by what looks to all concerned (except for NT) like an inside job, I've never had such poor customer service in my entire life.
They absolutely blow.

Worse than that. My bank covered the non-Poker Stars part of the loss as a temporary credit by reversing the ACH transfer. Neteller continues to harrass me with threats of a lawsuit to PAY THEM BACK that money! They're ridiculous.

They are absolutely horrible to deal with. I just ignore them. I'd love to get them in court though. Maybe on Judge Judy.

Well they did get fine big time. The setttlement was that they had to forfeit every dollar of profit from the US. If they settle with you, they won't lose any extra as that would have come out of their profit and therefore they would not have to paid that portion.
