You most likely have no problem here as Absolute Poker is not among the supported poker rooms.

One natural explanation for a HUD to never show up is if you are playing in play money tables. Take note also that the hand histories from play money tables cannot be imported.

And like Scott already said the program is only for cash games. And only for cash games with real money to be precise.

To the ones who have problems with minimal controls throughout the program we'd appreciate if someone tossed couple of screenshots directly to us so we could locate the cause of the problem.

So let's get formal in here for a while shall we.

Just to leave this thread free for the more general discussion on the Beta we encourage you to send us a bug report and contact support. Most helpful would be to receive your log files from an unsuccessful run. Poker Evolver writes logs to directory named "logs" under the installation directory.

You might also consider posting this problem to our forum at http://www.pokerevolver.com/forum so it would help our other users who are not reading this thread if they encounter similar problems. All beta testers have an account created to our forum.

Oh, and one more thing. I hope you have turned on the "live tracking" from the launch panel. It controls the live recording of the games and the HUD as well.

Ok people. There was a problem with the HUD that was caused by the new Poker Stars client, but we have fixed the problem.

Poker Evolver will update itself automatically when you start it the next time. Now go play some poker.
