nope I would have bet into you on that river. Then again I might have tried a check-raise on the turn when my hand became double gutted as well as a flush draw.

I'd check raise the turn, like Jim. As played there's really nothing he could do except min bet since the river brought a 3straight and 3flush.

Well he checked to induce a bet (successfully) on the flop and turn so he might be thinking that you'd bet out one more time. Or he might not want you to fold just so he could show down his SF.

In his defense, I'm probably not calling any bet over $1 on that river. He probably could have squeezed another buck out of me because I fall in love with TPTK like most n00bs.
I figured with a draw like that he'd check/raise the turn, and I put him on a flush or straight (hence the check on the end) - but not a straight flush. Wacky.
The more I think about it, I'm surprised I didn't lose a little more than I actually did on this hand.
