Re: June $3+.25 NLHE - 45 Man Turbo SNG Challenge

Hey, what do you guys think the average finish is for someone who sits out the whole tournament in one of these things? People just get punched out so fast at the beginning.
I bet you could average about 20th by not even playing. Next time I cash I'll try it.

Re: June $3+.25 NLHE - 45 Man Turbo SNG Challenge

I just got my internet connection back right now.

I was in the middle of a tournament when it crapped out. It's been out all day until right now.

I'm sure I did horribly in the tournament, and I'm not even going to bother looking up the results. I'm done, I'll save my $6.50 and not play the last two. I'm too bad of a poker player to ever win money at anything, and jojo has helped me see the light.

Have fun with my money guys, good luck.

Re: June $3+.25 NLHE - 45 Man Turbo SNG Challenge

Just finished my tenth one of these, and only 2 cashes. These things are harder than they look! On the bright side, no finishes less than 20th either.
I think I'll try to hit three more before bed tonight.

Re: June $3+.25 NLHE - 45 Man Turbo SNG Challenge

woo! i take one down and (temporarily, no doubt) take over first.

btw, unlike SOME people ( ), i didn't win for awhile.

some stats:
17 tournies
5 final tables
2 cashes (and 2 bubbles)
2 times h/u
1 win
ROI: 131% (cost $55, cashout $72)

my plan is to play at least one set of 4 each day. i missed yesterday (went camping) though

Well done my good man! Why am I thinking that 621 points (62.1 x 10) is going to win this challenge?!?!?
