Is it common practice for financial institutions to charge an international fee for a PokerStars deposit? I used my debit card to try my hand at some micro SNGs and noticed the fee today on my statement. I'm just wondering if all financial institutions do this.
I've only made a couple poker room deposits and a couple international transactions and have never encountered this using a debit or credit card. Getting robbed due to the horrible exchange rate is another story.
