Question Any books for micro stakes NL?

I recently received an instant bankroll deal to PP. I usually play $5 + .50 SnG's but I haven't got enough cash there to be comfortable playing the $5+1 games at Party. I played some $3 turbos, but with a 20% rake it is hard and slow to get a bankroll to play the $10+1 games which 'only' have a 10% rake - also I'm not at all sure that I could beat $11 SnG's.

I did notice that they have 2cent /4 cent cash tables, and I have for a long time wanted to try out ring games. At my old site the smallest table they had was 10c/20c and I tried it out a few times but got instantly stacked. The 4 cent game seems to be extremely soft and I managed to double up quickly and would perhaps be a good learning opportunity.

However I'm a complete noob at ring games, and I realize that books that have been written for experts have limited value at games where people get constantly stacked showing top pair.

So I was wondering if there are any books that would be suited for the game?

I did notice that playing tight with value bets and overbets work well, but still I'd like to learn much more

Re: Any books for micro stakes NL?

2+2 has a section for micro hold'em, so I found some very good advice there. Didn't see any books specially written for these stakes, but found some book advice for starting cash games. I'll post the link in case some else is also interested in this:

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...=3#Post9919843

I have already read HoH 1 & 2, I read them when I started playing online and had only a few live games worth of experience. I think I will re-read HoH 1 since I'm sure there are a lot of things that I didn't understand due to having no experince - at least I learned a lot from HoH 2 that I'm sure I wouldn't have paid attention to if I didn't have the limited experience that I had gotten from the about 100 SnG's that I had played between reading those two books. Also, I'd like to be a better tourney player and HoH had some very sound advice.

Its just that my SnG experience doesn't work too well in small stakes cash games, but I guess I can adapt and continue to try out new tactis. I do think that a tight solid play + large bets is the key to win at these things, but I certainly would like to learn more so that I don't need to do too many costly mistakes.

Also figured to buy some sort of software to keep track of my opponents. I guess it would be either Poker Office or Poker Tracker + Hud.
