the problem is that its a $1 tourney so don't expect real poker until the money, IF THEN even. |

Probably not bot play, because it is too ridiculous. But why (other than that this was a $1 sng) would you make that call?
I've read that the cards are not pre-determined, so there's no way to know what cards are coming until the cards are flipped.

I wouldn't be surprised if some people try to use bots now and again, but my understanding is they are really hard to make effectively. I think it's because poker is a partial information game (as opposed to full information, like chess). I would also think they would be more common in limit games or even NL cash games than tournies (less parameters). But what do I know, I'm will concede any of these speculations pretty quickly. So I guess I would say, meh, maybe there's bots, but I doubt they are that effective or stick around for very long.
I suspect you meant a pattern-mapper, as opposed to a bot, given the hand. I'm dubious that actually works. I trust the third-party reviews of the shuffling protocols.

I guess I am looking for an explanation on how anyone can make that call. And I guess the only answer is its a guy with more free time than poker sense.
Thanks for the kink, luckychick.

Thanks for the kink, luckychick. | When I was playing $500+ buy-in NL cash games on a many Gs bank roll, when bored i played online with a multi hundred dollar bank roll.
And guess what, I did not take any SNGs below $70 buy-in serious. |
