If you are playing 3/6 limit or 1/2 NL or higher their cash games are no longer as tough to beat because the rake gets capped. At low stakes you really have to play very well along with having rakeback to make any decent $$$ as the rake is very high.
I currently do most of my play on FT so I can get Ironman, better RB, and clear some bonuses, but I like to get over to AP and take advantage of the crazy loose guys in the SH limit games at the 3/6 and 5/10 levels.
gl in the freeroll. win some swag. |
Oh, I know.
I play on Absolute sometimes, mostly for the Mixed Game ring games becasue the play is so bad. I spend most of my time on FTP or Stars, though.
***I didn't win any Swag. I finished 48th out of the ridiculous 1474 entrants. Had a tough table draw after the first break, that + some high blinds kinda did me in. I lost one big pot 7c5c on a K-7-5 (two spades) guy check-raised all in with 7s4s, Qs on the turn, no miracle on the river.... that was about half my stack. Then I just floated around 10-15 BBs trying to steal my way back to average, but the cards would ablige so I busted against Quad 4's... I guess that's a fun way to go! (SS + KhTh + in BB + Flop: 6h-4h-4s + All In + SB Call w/ 94os + Turn: 4c = Drawing dead)
