Here's why - US government seized $55 million and charged NETELLER of "money laundering". So don't blame NETELLER, blame out government =[ They can't give you your money because the Attorney General's office took it.

they can't spend it. They are holding it to use as evidence in court. Either it will be thrown out when the hearings start, or once they sort out what is really money laundering and what is just people's personal $$$ they will release it back to neteller.

Unfortunately this could take a long, LONG time.

Or if its found to be proceeds from a criminal act, they WILL keep it and spend it on other 'enforcement' activities and such.

Freaking chump change compared to enron, tyco, and my personal favorite the savings and loan bail out....
