Anyone play at Sportsbook.com?

I got a free $20 from them today, played in a $3 turbo SNG with 159 folks came in 12th,...then went on to the black jack tables......I've got issues with black jack...up over $100 at the BJ tables though.

Anyone else play here? The lowest NL ring game is .10/.20...not sure how I like the software. I caught so many cards in the tourney it was crazy. With about 80 people left blinds at $200/400, I'm sitting with about $8000 in chips, about middle of the pack I'm dealt 10,10 in the BB, UTG with $7k to my left raises to $1,200 everyone folds to SB which happens to be chip leaderwith about $18k. SB has been pushing a lot and pushes from the SB, I think for a moment and decide that I'm going to have to double up to get anywhere near money(plus this was free so wtf) I call and the original raiser calls. SB shows 9,9 , UTG shows A,7. Flop comes A,9,2, turn is a rag and river is a 10. We all caught something and I go on to become the new leader...for about two seconds when another table makes someone the leader. Not sure I like how cards just always seem to connect...I'm sure it's random, I just wonder how these number generators work.

I cashed out $50 yesterday, then proceeded to blow another $65 at the BJ table...caught an incredible string of bad cards, guess I was due, I took $12 to over $100 in just over an hour, guess it was time to lose. The one thng about BJ, you can play perfectly, but if the cards crush you, there's nothing you can do (dealer hit 21 four out of 5 hands towards the end..brutal. I don't think counting works online when a random number generator picks the cards, they never shuffle. I do have a check coming, so free $50...going right towards my next set of chips. I was surprised to see they let me cash out...one day of playing.

Weren't the previously associated with Paradise? I think I got some mail from them saying all my frequent player points from Paradise could be used there but I just trashed the mailer since I figured I would never bet on sports. I had no idea that they now had poker. Did they move their operations or something?

Yeah basically its Paradise with more casino stuff. Thye offered the free money so just logged in and got $20, turned it into a little cashed out then lost the rest.

So did they open an "off shore" branch or something? Paradise kicked me off when the Oct. legislation came through.

Don't know...I'm curious if I'll actually receive a check...seemed like I only played for a short period to actually be allowed to cash out...
