Experiences with Epassporte?

Just wondering how many of you have used Epassporte. I see mention of it here and there and some bad things. Overall, is it a good way to go with all of the other deposit methods drying up? Anyone using it regularly with success?

Re: Experiences with Epassporte?

I've used it through Full Tilt and it's ok. The only crappy thing is that it charges you depositing and withdrawing. So, I use a direct deposit from my Wells Fargo account into Full Tilt, then withdraw through ePassporte so I only pay one fee.

Re: Experiences with Epassporte?

I used it to load FTP with $50 and I'll never use it again. cost me $5 from my visa and I think they charged me $5 to put that into FTP but FTP reimbursed me.

If I have to deposit again I'll be using visa gift cards.

Someone in FTP chat told me that they have indeed deposited a check from FTP into their US bank account since the whole frist thing, no problems. That's just third-hand info though so YMMV.

Ummm, those are $6 for every $100. Right now it's all BS. I would stay clear of online poker right now...unless you already have a BR on a site.

Re: Experiences with Epassporte?

I just used it to fund a new FTP site. I just wanted to get rakeback, and they charged me a nice $10 "re-activation" fee for it... that was great. I'm glad they warned me about that. Idiots.

Oh well, hopefully I earn it back through rakeback.

Re: Experiences with Epassporte?

I signed up with them. It initially took 7 days for the first deposit (two small deposits). You then go back in the site and verify the deposit amounts. Typical for any e-wallet.

Then it makes you load up some money. I did that. They have taken the money out of my bank account but have not yet put into my epassporte account.

When I call the number it's always busy. There is a disclaimer on their site.

I'm hoping they are just overwhelmed right now being one of the few options to depsoit because of neteller and citadel stopping.

Right now, not too pleased with them. I hope once my account gets cleared everything will be fine.

I can only wait and see.

TC

Re: Experiences with Epassporte?

it should take about 7 days for the money to get from your bank account to epassporte. if you have a debit card for you bank account use that instead and it will be almost like instacash. to add the bank card just add it like you would a credit card.

Re: Experiences with Epassporte?

Yeah, I used a debit card and it was in my ePassporte instantly.

Re: Experiences with Epassporte?

Finally I got a response from epassporte. My money has gone through. The only thing is they said it won't be available until monday. What the hell is that all about?

Maybe I'll try the debit card thing. It's sounds like it's as good as instacash. Is the charge still the same? Hopefully it's not higher using the card.
