Are they just reporting it now? Or are they saying the Netteller has frozen the accounts completely.

According to their website, P2P transfers for US customers are no longer allowed.

there is some question as to whether or not the statement in the article pertains to both Neteller and BOS or just BOS. The whole BOS freezing of funds makes a lot of sense, but I'm not sure about whether or not Neteller has been forced by the DOJ to freeze funds. Either way its not good. I guess the only thing we can take from this is don't leave your money on ewallets if you gamble online......... because oure govt is run by a bunch of crooked greedy douchebags.

The other issue I've heard of is would NT ever turn over records to the DOJ as part of some settlement? This is just a guess but its a "bit" disconcerting to me. If I never see my $200, I'll live but I'm a bit more nervous than before.

I have $87 lost in limbo. I figured that either they would cut off Neteller to PokerStars or my bank account to Neteller, but not both!

I don't see how the US Govt could freeze neteller's funds, since they are a foreign company with funds in a foreign bank. Doesn't really seem possible or legal.
