I hadn't heard about them not allowing US players. I've never received any correspondence in that regard. |

Chips: 5,913 | | | Re: withdrawing funds I would say paper checks are the way to go. I have been following this very very closely and everyone who has used this method has successfully gotten their money.
EDIT: The sites AREN'T listed on the paper checks, and banks don't have the resources to monitor them.
Epassporte should also work, but there seems to be some questions as to whether or not you will be able to withdraw amounts greater than your deposit through epassporte. If that is the case you might have to receive bonus clearances or winning by a paper check.
If you need to deposite I would suggest epassporte, or try using a bank debit card. Most of them still work, but Bank of America and WaMu may not. You can't withdraw to a bank debit card, but often times you can deposit.
I know I have said this before, but I really think everyone needs to just relax right now and wait for things to shake out a little bit. Epassporte is probably going to be the model by which other companies start to follow. see my comments in this thread to understand why I think they will survive the UIGEA carnage: http://www.chiptalk.net/forum/461523-post41.html

The interesting part is half of my deposit was through neteller, the other through an EFT transfer directly on Bodog. The Bodog e-check has went through my bank, but interestingly the Neteller deposit has not dropped out of my bank account yet. It was made over this past weekend, so it definetly should have showed up already....I am very curious about what will happen with this.
I spoke with CustServ. on Bodog earlier in the week (before neteller officially went bust for u.s players), and they assured me my money was safe on their site, and I would indeed be able to cash out in some form other then neteller should they go belly up. Generally the site only lets you cashout through neteller if you deposited in this manner.
Anyways, long story short, I am worried about this and trying to figure out if I should leave any money online at all if I get the chance to withdrawal.
Perhaps becoming good friends with someone in Europe would be a good idea. That would be my last option if I were not able to legitimately get my money offline...Chip dumping to someone who can cash out legitamtely.
Everyone seems to be worried about how they can deposit money in the sites...I am really worried about withdrawal options. | Bodog is currently having trouble with their third party paper check processor, but they have stated they expect that to be fixed in the near future. If you need to withdraw just wait it out and Bodog will work it out so that you request a check be mailed to you. |

I've also read on one forum that they are still processing paper checks for withdrawals, then I quickly read somewhere else, if not the same thread, that several of the sites are actually going to stop this and banks will not be accepting checks from these sites....who knows.
If they are no longer doing EFT transfers, I cant imagine they would do paper checks...that just doesnt make sense to me, but we'll see-
