Chips: 504 | | | Re: withdrawing funds I am trying to figure out what to do...Right before all this jazz, I decided to take a bigger stab at online poker, making a relatively larger deposit then usual ($1,000) and playing higher stakes...I've cashed a few tournaments and am up in my cash games, but am worried about getting any monies out....This is through Bodog.
The interesting part is half of my deposit was through neteller, the other through an EFT transfer directly on Bodog. The Bodog e-check has went through my bank, but interestingly the Neteller deposit has not dropped out of my bank account yet. It was made over this past weekend, so it definetly should have showed up already....I am very curious about what will happen with this.
I spoke with CustServ. on Bodog earlier in the week (before neteller officially went bust for u.s players), and they assured me my money was safe on their site, and I would indeed be able to cash out in some form other then neteller should they go belly up. Generally the site only lets you cashout through neteller if you deposited in this manner.
Anyways, long story short, I am worried about this and trying to figure out if I should leave any money online at all if I get the chance to withdrawal.
Perhaps becoming good friends with someone in Europe would be a good idea. That would be my last option if I were not able to legitimately get my money offline...Chip dumping to someone who can cash out legitamtely.
Everyone seems to be worried about how they can deposit money in the sites...I am really worried about withdrawal options. |

I just always felt the process was quasi-money laundering in essence to begin with. |
