Well if the US doesn't pay it any heed, we should be able to download all the cheap/free software and videos we want from antigua.

ePassporte seems to be the only solution at the moment.

I doubt it, because it links the money back to a bank within the US. If the bank is outside the US then sure, assuming you could somehow do an eCheck. That seems to be the ticket right now, setting up an account to fund off shore and then making deposits and withdrawals to and from your poker site account that the sites will accept. That is how I'm understanding it, but things aren't going to smooth right now.
