Citadel, MyCitadel, Central Coin, and instadebit are also gone.
ePassporte seems to be the only solution at the moment.

If the bank is outside the US then sure, assuming you could somehow do an eCheck. That seems to be the ticket right now, setting up an account to fund off shore and then making deposits and withdrawals to and from your poker site account that the sites will accept.
