Re: AA V.S. KK (Maybe).

JJ - QQ - AA are the obvious possiblities....Raising your re-raise preflop screams AA in this scenario, but he would probably make the same play with Jacks or Queens, and his post flop play re-affirms this. Without a read on the particular player, these hands have to be the most likely assumption.

The guy could easily just be a maniac though, and you either pay off to find out, or get away from the hand if your read is AA, and fight another hand.

KK would be interesting to see him turn up though

Re: AA V.S. KK (Maybe).

Yup I put him on a big PP.. But which one? I can only beat QQ and I tie with KK loose with AA? What would the correct play be post flop after the $35 raise?

Thumbs up Re: AA V.S. KK (Maybe).

$46.00 left on the table. Over 1k + in my Account. Its not like loosing $60 would make or break me. I want to be able to correctly play KK and this situation is a perfect example.

All you can loose is $46 and you have 1k back I'd push it in, but maybe thats why I have no more money in my account.

Raise All-in....Thats my perfect play anyways....but I must admit I have a sneaking suspicion he just hit a set of Jacks.

Im not just calling to leave him with $10, and Im certainly not folding given the particular scenario (The fact that this is a cash game, I have $1,000 to reload, and even losing this pot doesnt bust me at the table)

If he flips AA, or JJ then I payed it off, got some information on the player and just reload....And I still have a sliver of percentage to hit perfect - perfect for a straight, or 2 out another K

Re: AA V.S. KK (Maybe).

Even though it's basically 50/50 I believe it's a +EV call

There's $21x2 +$1.50 = $44.50 in the pot before the flop

You have to put the remainder of your stack: $46.60 to win ($46.60 + $44.50)

$EV Based on opponent having QQ,KK,AA

If you call and win...
0.49 x $91.10 = +$44.64
If you call and lose...
0.51 x $46.60 = -$23.77

Total EV = +$20.87

Call all day long

Also, any reason for not shoving preflop?
