Re: huh? poker tracker? huds?

If PokerDaVinci does much more than PT or PO then it might be illegal with most sites. There have been fair amount of software that are declare illegal by poker sites. Even PO with it showing of the pot odd and your hand odd of hitting is getting close to the line.

After visting, I think software is legal at most sites but I don't think any better than what is already on market. It is beta and free for now. It is written by one of the founder of Netscape.

What will make it better than PT or PO is that you can customize reports all day long and get information neither readily give you.

Re: huh? poker tracker? huds?

After reading about it a few months ago, I picked up Poker Tracker and love it.
I only wish it would auto-rank players in tournaments in addition to ranking them in cash games.

First, I wouldn't put too much faith in the auto rating rules. Second, the problem with tournaments is their are so many reasons to raise/fold/limp (short stack, big stack near bubble, etc) that its hard to quantify them for a category like in a cash game.

Re: huh? poker tracker? huds?

On Poker Tracker, are player hand statistics for tournaments combined with cash games or is there a way to look at tournament hands only?

Yes.

PT keeps separate stats for tournies and ring games.

The auto-rate rule that come default in PT suck. Try these: http://www.andymcnish.btinternet.co.uk/newauto.htm

Re: huh? poker tracker? huds?

I'm not 100% but I believe these rules are more specific to cash games than tournaments.

The only real difference is that in a tourney as you get down form 9 or 10 to 5 or 6 you'll want to adjust what PAHud shows you (in the PAHud Filters area) and again whent it gets down to 3 people you want to re-filter.
