My concern isn't with being busted necessarily, just that if I go to the PD and file a report that the P* connection will enter into things and I could get in trouble that way. Just a concern. Having them come after me for a law that is rarely upheld vs me basically going to the PD and fessing up are two different things.

as far as the uigea, it doesn't make playing illegal, so no, i don't expect they'll be looking to bust anyone for playing.
