Re Neteller's request for funds, doesn't UIGEA come into play here? OK, it's a stretch and is admittedly selective application of the law, but what the heck, the attempt to transfer funds from your bank account was fraudulent activity. Neteller's own policy will not allow them to accept funds from U.S. citizens. Moreover, you don't want to be complicit in what might be money laundering by sending them any money.
