lol, Don't you just want to strangle to moron that asks you to verify the dollar amount you charged last month to so-and-so so they can be sure you are you even though you just gave 4 different assistants 4 times every piece of personal information (short of penis size) they could possibly want to steal your identity after 20 minutes of holding and answering questions to get to their fraud center?

CC companies do this to keep your credit card from being used fraudulently - I think it's something we all should put up with to keep thieves from being able to use stolen cards. In other words - deal with it. :0)
