Once you're down to 15 seconds to act a little button pops up at the bottom of the screen that says time. Per tournament you get 1min of total "time" time. I think there are some cases where you get a little more time added during a break, but someone else will have to correct me on that one.

Ah, that's probably why I've haven't seen it as I'm usually don't take that long to act. Next time I'm playing I'll try it just for the sake of it. Thanks.

No time added to your bank during tournaments.
Clock is stopped and 2 minutes given in case of a disconnect at any MTT FT, I think I've seen it happen deep in the money NOT at the FT but I might have been drunk
Time is added to your bank for cash NL games, I believe it's 10 seconds for every 100 hands at a particular table. You start w/30 secs of time at cash tables. It is reset whenever you change tables.
