Chips: 1,861 | | | The party is over Party poker has blocked US players. Right now 2+2 is fuming that they can't even get into their accounts to cashout. If you have money on party you might not be able to get to it today. I don't see them stealing it though.
I say, "Good riddance!" Friggin' party. Highest rake, worst customer service, THEN they make affiliates stop giving rakeback, *THEN* they do that monster bs.
Screw 'em. I hope they try to come back to the US market in 6 months and find their huge player base on FTP and 'stars. Go to hell, Mr. Dikshit.

Wed. was my last night on party and I cashed it all out and moved to FT where I get a friggin' huge bonus and rakeback. Of course I'll miss the party fish but it should be exciting to try a different site.
Also Pstars now has a lot more people playing than last week, and typically has more players online than party. Looks like it will become the new "fishiest" site so I guess I'll have to give it a try a some point. |

Now I gotta go barf, I can only take so much b.s. | In Bush's defense, what is he going to say?
"You know, this port security bill is great and all, and it will (at the very least) make it slightly more difficult for terrorists to come into the country to harm the American population... but I can't sign this -- it'll hurt the online poker community! Screw national security -- I want my PokerStars!"
Or what happens if an attack happened that the port security bill could have stopped?
"Well, I realize that I vetoed legislation that could have stopped this terrible attack from happening and killing hundreds/thousands of Americans... but I couldn't sign it -- it would have affected online gambling!"
As Americans, if you don't want this to happen, you either need to give your President "line item veto" powers, or pass legislation requiring that "tag-along" legislation actually has something to do with the main bill its being tagged to. |

The main culprit here was that Frist was able to piggy-back this legislation. Makes me sick. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
