It really doesnt matter if the bill makes online gambling illegal or not... It how the gambling SITES and BANKS interpert the bill... If my bank no longer accept transfer to or from neteller then either #1 Time to get a new bank or #2 stop playing poker online
If the SITES no longer let me play poker then my options are limited...

What I have taken from reading this article is that maybe some of the sites that have already started banning US players may have jumped the gun a bit. The other sites seem to have a wait-and-see attitude. Only time will tell, but the "powers that be" can get rid of all the Napsters, Kaaza, etc., but illegal downloading of music is NOT going away. My take is that online poker is not either, it just may be funded differently.
