but if you notice they make it clear that they have no way to enforce it and there is no penalty for non-compliance. I seriously doubt Time-Warner, Comcast, etc are going to waste their time with this. And if they decide to you can easily go around it by masking your IP.
Really some more BS added to this bill to make it seem like they struck a real blow when really they are just trying to scare off the average casual player who will get blocked by Party Poker.
