QTS- Keep in mind though- Neteller's business base is not wholly funding online accounts. Yes, that is a portion of their business, however not a majority.

I agree though that this is a little bit of a sketchy statement.

It doesn't say it will not take effect for 270 days, that the longest it could take. It can be put into effect much sooner.

I've made a killing on Full Tilt just yesterday and today playing $10/20. 25ish hours of play and I'm up about 250 big bets. People are playing as though their money is poisoned.

I should head back then. I finished a bonus last month and left to play some PLO8 for this month at P*.
