Are there any example letters around that I can send to my representatives re this ban on internet gambling?

I want a letter that I can rewrite, but that contains accurate statistics about lost tax revenues and so forth.

Also, did the bill that passed include exclusions for horse racing like the previous bills did?

Yes horseracing, fantasy sports, and state internet lotteries are not effected. Check the legislation section on 2+2. Tons of info there.
