Why do I not see others mucked cards in my hand history? Do I need Poker Tracker or something?

Others call out my muck when I lie about it.

If you have the hand e-mailed to you, it will show the mucked hand.

Sometimes, yes.
When I click on previous hands, it shows the cards that were mucked.
The moral of the story, don't lie about what you had.
Either be truthful or say nothing at all.

Email is showing me my mucked hands, but not the hands of others... I don't have to be involved in the pot, do I?

I'm assuming you mean hands that showed down but were mucked. If someone folds to a river or earlier bet, you'll just have to guess what they had. If you look in the instant hand history, you should see their mucked showdown hands at the bottom of the HH.

To configure HH to be written to disk, in the Lobby choose Options / Instant Hand History Options.

If you use PT and PokerAce HUD the mucked cards for each player appear in front of that player at the end of the hand - but some of those free poker calculators that you get free by signing at a casino do the same.
