I downloaded the trial version of PT, but how do I get it to pull my info?

I use PokerAce which is sold be a separate company than PT while I believe GameTime is free but others here no more about it.

At most of the major sites (FTP, PP, P*), the hands can be easily auto imported. Some sites like UB require an additional piece of software to capture histories. Tournament summaries for SNG and such need to be manually imported though. The PT help files will tell you where to at the various site to configure hand histories to be written to disk so you don't have to request them from the site.
