None that I'm aware of.

You can try DDPoker (http://www.ddpoker.com/). Its desktop software that lets you play against other players running it over the internet.

I dunno if you can make them private, but I know you can host your own tournaments on the game Stacked online.

I like DD Poker but prefer Poker Academy.

I use DDpoker. You can make them private. When I purchased it, the selling point was it also has a poker clock built in (although now I use Tournament Director).
