since i am a cheapskate..(lol) actually just cause i am not that good at poker, i play and do well at the 3 +.40 level, do youget partial ffp's for a 40c entry, i know it would take me a while to clear a bonus that way, along with my limit holem play, but was just wondering if it would be worth it for a short money player like me..

Yeah, you get fractional fpp's but only see them in integer in the cashier. I'm not sure how many you get with a 40¢ fee but 'stars support would tell you.

The way it USED to be is that the 50¢ fee tournaments would pay 5fpps (double rate) so instead of getting 100% of your tournament fees back you got 200%. I don't think it works like that anymore.

5 FPP's / $1 would be 1 FPP / $.20 right?? so a $.40 tourney fee would be 2 FPP if I'm thinking correctly

I'd say yes, because I think you can get partial FPP's playing in low stakes ring games, just once several rakes get to $1 (or whatever it is) everyone gets an FPP.
