Rakebreak.com is a good site, I have rakeback through them for Interpoker.
(i did Sun on PSO before I knew about rakeback)

I am surprise that no one mentioned WPEX, they give you 100% of your rake/tournament fees back every Monday. It is no scam, they are part of WSEX which is one of the biggest sportbetting operations online.

For cashing out at Absolute Poker by buying GC with PSO points, there is no restriction, you can cash out right away. For Party you have to play 25% or 50 rake hands minimum.

I know it's no scam, but I have heard the players are tight (not good, but tight) and there isn't a lot of game selection.
