Many sites (including
PSO and internettexasholdem.com) will send books or gift vouchers overseas without additional charge. ecasinodeals.com deals will ship chipsets overseas for a not-too-unreasonable additional charge. Their promotions aren't quite as quick to clear as
PSO's in my opinion but they don't seem to have time limits on them.
If you want poker chip sets I've found it usually takes a little more work.
PSO NJs will ship only to the US but if you can find someone to send them on then its still much cheaper than buying locally (at least if you live in Australia, your mileage may vary). Many of the
PSO promos are pretty quick to clear too.
It's certainly possible, though - with my breakeven poker play I've cleared 3 books, $90 in amazon vouchers (PSO will do amazon.co.uk but even with extra shipping cost it may be worth sticking to amazon.com), 500 NJ Desert Sands as well as the usual bonuses. And a chiptalk member kindly sent on my NJs (and I paid for the shipping with a Neteller transfer so arguably that was from bonuses too).
