The plot thickens. I sent this email to PartyPoker support:
Hello,
My name is XXXXXX, and I recieved a phone message from Pay-Pro. I tracked the number to them through Google, and found that they are one of your payment processors. The message began with a "live" female voice, announcing that they had some questions regarding a recent online transaction that I had made, followed by a recorded message stating my first name, a garbled last name, which sounded similar to mine, and the same message the live person had given. I currently do not have an account through Party Poker, or your affiliates. I am very concerned that someone is trying to gain access to my personal or banking information. I am worried any time I get a phone call from someone that knows my name. They called my home number, 416-XXXXXXX and I was wondering if there was any way for you to find out if there was some malicious activity. Please contact me as soon as possible.
Thanks for your time.
They tried to call me again at home, my wife asked if she wanted to leave a message, she said she would just email me, which she did. I got this reply from pay-pro (which must have gotten the message forwarded):
