i hope nothing is wrong..

I requested a cashout..$200 from $301.20..(initial deposits of over $200 have been made over the last year) to my netteller account..

My confirmation email says "$0.00" has been transferred, but my account on "stars" is short the $200..

Is this how they do things, do i need to be worried...??

PokerStars support is excellent, so I recommend either replying to your confirmation email or writing cashier@pokerstars.com to inquire about it. They should get back to you fairly quickly.

I use FirePay, but that is not how my cashouts have looked.

I agree, P* support is great, I would use reply, that way they can see the the transaction E-mail. I going to assume that it's just a typo, after the transfer to Netteller they hold it a couple of days (usually) pefore it's posted to your account, thats one of the ways they make money.

there was a problem with netteller being down when i made the t-fer, so i was automatically credited back...and was able to make the transaction again..

all is well
