Was anyone playing? I had to go to bed. I'm really annoyed since I had gotten to 3,000+ chips in all three tourneys I was playing. Has anyone experienced this? I'm wondering what my chances are to get a refund from Pokerstars on those tourneys.
What time specifically? I played a MTT from about 9 PM EST to 1:30 AM without incident.
went out at approximately 1:30 am PST. Could only chat. ALL games frozen. around 2:10 am, everyone was booted. Many came back online but games were still paused. I waited 5 minutes and went to bed. I'd wasted enough time already.
that happened to me once playing a ring game or two. but you can always try to email them.
Look up your tournament history, and see if P* finished it.
Finally got to my email. Turns out I took 3rd on one table, 4th on the 18 person table and don't know on the third. I wonder how sympathetic P* will be now? :-P
Wait...I ended up winning $2.10? No way P* is going to refund me now....lol
It happened to me last night as well. I was right in the process of winning a pot at showdown when the game stalled. The cashier was frozen as well but we could still chat. I waited for a while and then gave up. I have no idea whether I got credited with the pot either. Lucky it was only a small one.
Pokerstars gave me a credit for the tourney in which I didn't place. I argued that I would've done better had I been present to play. I didn't mention I would've busted out had I actually played. All in all, that's pretty fair!
