The gambling bit is at the end, but the whole clip is worth watching just to gain some insight into the minds of the people running our country. Hearing the person responsible for regulating the Internet explain exactly how the Internet works is priceless.

I know that it goes along with ChipTalk fever, but I couldn't help but be disappointed that they chose dice style chips for their graphics illustration. Would it have killed them to at least use Faux Clays!?!?
