Had a request for this thread, so I updated it.
Black background only for me now at 'stars, I use No Avatars/midnight at FT. Just replace the bg.jpg in your 'stars/gfx folder. Be sure to save it seperately, they overwrite it at software update time.
PAHUD layouts for 'stars and PT, 6/9/10 player. 11Nov06. Link dies after awhile, just bump this and I'll re-up the latest version. Unzip and then use the import feature of PAH.
Info isn't consistent across all of them but you should be able to figure it out, compare them in the layout manager before trusting your knowledge. Starts at 12 o'clock.

The combo stats over/under the player name are:
Flop Ag/Turn Ag/River Ag/Total Ag (ratio of bet or raise to calling. folding is neutral)
Flop Ag freq/Turn Ag freq/River Ag freq/Total Ag freq (how OFTEN they show aggression)
Stats in these two categories seem to coincide in the more skilled players, no matter how aggressive. Stats that don't coincide seem to indicate newbie players who are just all over the map with their betting patterns. Green stats in the first one are almost always nut-peddlers who also call too much. I'm considering just going back to aggression factor (first one), it seems the more useful of the two.
12 to 3 is preflop 3 to 6 is stealing stuff (wicked important for bubble and FT tournament play), 6 to 9 is continuation betting, 9 to 11 is raising overall.
