I just read on 2+2 that at least Royal Vegas Poker and Absolute do. Haven't checked them out personally but that should be a start. I believe I also read somewhere that PokerStars would offer them eventually.
last year, fulltilt had satellites into the smaller ($1.5k - 5k) events, but i haven't played there in a long time.
pokerstars has it set up so that you can use $W to buy directly into any televised wsop event. (this is what i do). you can play $25-R or $80 satellites to win a seat in the $650 direct qualifier, then unregister and get the $650 to use for a buy-in to a smaller event. i think you need 10k lifetime FPP's in order to do it though.
if you play PS satellites for the main event, you have to play (or forfeit) the first seat that you win, but if you win another they give you 10k in $W.
list of televised events hasn't been published yet, but i know there are at least 2 $1.5k events, and 1 $5k event.
