OK, playing in a 30+3 MTT down to 90 or so and dealt JJ in mid position. blinds are 400-800 and I have around 4500. Fold to me, I raise to 1600, one caller and rest fold. Flop is Q-J-3, I check, he goes all-in for like 2700 but I have him covered and call. He shows AA and my trips are looking damn good, that is until the river. You guessed it and Ace. Seems like this happens to me more and more online. Whenever I have an overpair or a better hand after tha flop, the river kills me, but what can you do?

A couple of comments, your PF raise should have been higher than the mininum or possibly a push. That said, not much else you could have done with that hand, possibly if he reraised PF, you might have been able to get away from it. Some hands are just meant to lose.

Yea, with Jacks I am always hesitant to push, depending on my current chip amount I usually just raise the min or call.
