Chips: 2,198 | | | New Party Poker SNG Format.. Has anyone tried it? You now start out with 2000 in chips and the blind rounds increase every 15 minutes. It seems like it takes a little longer to play as it took me over an hour to finish 2nd. They changed the blind structure of course and the later rounds have antes, but the 3 that I played in didn't make it to those rounds.
I'm not sure if I like it or not, though I had finished 6th, 2nd and 3rd in the 3 I played. It know seems similar to the Poker Stars format, so it may benefit the better players. The one thing I didn't like is now the betting slider doesn't round off your bet, so unless you type it in, the you can bet some wierd increments.
They also changed the main navigation window, which seems okay and the filters are helpful.

Who made this rule about sit-n-gos supposed to be fast - like under an hour? Is it the accepted norm now because of Party? |

In the MTTs, they've tripled the starting chips and quadrupled the starting blinds. WTF? |
