Idea for article

I have looked in the help and FAQ sections of PP, P*, UB, and RVP but cannot figure out how to host a private tournament. I think there should be an article here about how to host a private online tournament. If I knew how to host one, I would write the article. So it would be cool if someone would write one, or tell me how to host a private tournament and then I could attempt to write the article.

It varies by site. With P*, you have to have so many FPP (2000?) and then have support activate the option for you by sending them an email.
