Congratulations! Fourth place out of a field of four thousand! Outstanding.
I haven't made that final table. Came close, but you know how THAT goes.

I haven't played a Freeroll in quite a while, but IIRC first place gets entered into a weekly tournament with a small cash prize.

EDIT: I just checked. Top 27 entrants are entered into a weekly tournament with a $1000 total prize pool.

Looks like one of their satellite freerolls (where you win entry into the cash game). Were there any other payouts? - they usually stop play once everyone is "in the money" on their other satteliers.

I was curious about this, too. It looks like the payout is the same for the top 27 players. Other than just for grins, what's the point in continuing to play once it's down to 27? Did you see the game change radically at that point?

Actually no, everyone kept on like they were playing for cash.

Initially I didn't read what it was all about and I thought there was a small cash prize but like someone else said it was just for the entrance to the next tourney... Bummer kind of but hey it was good practice and perhaps I can do as well in the next one.
