Chips: 7,134 | | | "Real" Online Tournaments Do any sites ever have "real" tournaments with a "real" blind schedule... as in, blinds that go up maybe every 30 minutes and not every 10 or 15? It just seems weird to me that they offer Turbos with blinds going up every 5 minutes or whatever, but they don't offer tournaments with a slower pace. Not that it's a big deal or anything, but I think it would be cool to have more time for skill to come into play instead of luck. |

I'm going to check if I can set up a private tournament with the "deep stack" option. Anyone already know if this is an option? I actually enjoyed the Omaha side tournament last night more than the regular CT tournament, and not just because of my performance in both. Mainly, it was some fun variety.
A private NLHE deep stack tournament with 10-20 players (so that it takes about the same time as our CT tournament) would be great. |

That would be equal to 30 minutes at a B&M room as more hands/hr online. I won one of those and it took about 6 hours. I do like the longer time too as skill comes into play more vs luck in the very short time ones. |
